Senior cybersecurity and infrastructure consultant
For over 30 years I've kept the networks of public agencies, companies and teams running, secure and free from depending on a single person to keep them alive. I combine hands-on technical work with a strategic view: I understand both the firewall and the business behind it.
A track record that backs it up
Solid infrastructure, self-sufficient teams
I help organizations build solid, secure infrastructure, and help the teams that run it become self-sufficient. My work spans three fronts.
Cybersecurity and infrastructure
I design, harden and audit networks with a focus on pfSense, virtualization and open source. Fewer black boxes, more real control.
Teaching and training
I train IT professionals inside and outside the classroom. pfSense instructor on Udemy: I turn the complex into something a team can actually apply.
Technology strategy
I translate business goals into architecture decisions, aligning technology with what the organization needs to achieve.
Good work is measured by autonomy, not by dependency
I'm passionate about what I do and I like it to show. I prefer solutions a team can maintain without me over those that make me indispensable.
I keep learning —and teaching— because in tech, the day you stop studying is the day you start falling behind. And beyond the technical trenches, I've applied technology to something as concrete as finding people: I was a pioneer in using drones for search and rescue.
