End-to-end definition of a complex web platform (together with VibeCoding): I acted as product owner, functional analyst and architect, project manager, functional QA and documentation lead —the whole cycle except the coding. I designed the functional and technical specification, the modular multi-role and multi-site architecture, and the policies for security, KYC, payments, immutable audit and technical SEO.
